the lock of the door was not working fine, room was not clean, infact the utensils were dirty and everything was delayed; had to do a lot of follow ups even for the smallest of the thing

Terrible stay , Very unhygienic & Need to wait for breakfast till 9:30 am because there cook is not arrived at the hotel , very disappointed

The room was a mess. The bedsheets were torned. Bathroom dirty. Electric switch was broken. Water drainage was broken.

Dirty room and utensils, complimentary drinks or hi-tea not present. Door lock not working properly. Mentioned amenities were hardly provided, even the towel was not present in the bathroom.

At first they gave us very dirty room after complaining they changed the room that was average room cockroaches were wandering in room also mosquitoes very poor hygeine wash room was very dirty therefore we didnt take breakfast night staff's behaviour was not up to mark but day staff was cooperative over all very bad experience

The almirahs were broken. The owner refused to give me an executive suite with bathtub saying he has only one room with bathtub and it was booked. Hot water shower was not working.

pervasive smell of cigarette smoke and AC set at 26 Centigrade temp without any option for adjustment, poorly maintained washroom structures, the room speaks of neglect, not of care . The only plus point was nearness to the the place I was to go

Had a great stay last night! The room was super clean, cozy, and peaceful. Staff was polite and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt good and comfortable. Definitely worth staying again at cheap price!
