The almirahs were broken. The owner refused to give me an executive suite with bathtub saying he has only one room with bathtub and it was booked. Hot water shower was not working.

pervasive smell of cigarette smoke and AC set at 26 Centigrade temp without any option for adjustment, poorly maintained washroom structures, the room speaks of neglect, not of care . The only plus point was nearness to the the place I was to go

Had a great stay last night! The room was super clean, cozy, and peaceful. Staff was polite and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt good and comfortable. Definitely worth staying again at cheap price!

All the amenities provided were up to the mark and wish to come again. It is also very near to mall and super market which made easy for us to explore more.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in location was ok but the services Nah.The receptionist himself asked me to give 5 start rating so he could not see his hotels rating going down.

Shower is above the Bathtub in washroom, so you have to get inside the bathtub to take a shower, and the water drains extremely slowly from the tub. Moreover there is a geyser in the bathroom but no hot water. They could not provide extra blankets for the additional paid accomodation in room. breakfast was not served until 10am and was limited to 1 dish/person , unlike buffets at other hotels. These are the major issues apart from the minor issues at this hotel.

The food at Hotel Grand Arcasia was decent. The breakfast had good variety, it was tasty enough to start the day right!

They were kind enough to upgrade the room. Stay was very comfortable. Location is very convenient. Rooms were clean. Friendly staff. Overall I am happy.
