Shower is above the Bathtub in washroom, so you have to get inside the bathtub to take a shower, and the water drains extremely slowly from the tub. Moreover there is a geyser in the bathroom but no hot water. They could not provide extra blankets for the additional paid accomodation in room. breakfast was not served until 10am and was limited to 1 dish/person , unlike buffets at other hotels. These are the major issues apart from the minor issues at this hotel.

Entry of the hotel very shabby and broken path, walk up a few stairs for the lift with luggage, the intercom was not working, no bucket or tumbler in bathroom , shower only single strain or water, no hot water, very dirty commode, unclean feeling. And this they considered their best room!! U wonder what their normal room would be like. No guard stationed at the gate, no one to help with luggage!!!!
