The service and behaviour of the hotel staff is really poor , they seem to be doing you a favour with their service ..... They lack even basic courtesy or politeness on how to speak to the customers . I have seen more polite staff and better service at even the most modest of places . Stay anywhere else in delhi but not at this place if possible .

It’s was a comfortable stay and they have large rooms with good and clean beds the bathrooms are also huge . Very cooperative and responsive staff . Everyone greets with a smiling face. Location is also very convenient.

Room service is very very poor. No morning tea before 8.30am. No sufficient tea dip bags in room . No Restaurant in hotel for Dining. No option for lunch on next day due to early check out at 11 am etc . So many minor discrepancies their.

In such hot days in Delhi, the basis Air conditioning system was not as expected. AC in the room was not working for hours and we were there sweating without even offering a second room. Not expected
