Location is good Food is hygienic and tasty good kitchen Service is good Polite and friendly staff negatives...No lift to reach 3 rd floor, narrow stairs , water problem , absence of response from the host when tried to contact the host....etc are serious problems.

Grace home saket homestay bnb located almost km away from malviya nagar metro station and some hundreds meter away from pvr fast food market but little far away from saket famous mall. Staff confusing but good homestay for people like to stay independently more like service apartment with living room on each floor. Breakfast time limited from 8to9am. Homestay also good for moviegoers as pvr anupam saket located very very close as long as movie keep playing in pvr

The stay at the grace homes was fantastic. Good and comfortable rooms and smooth check in. If you require a peaceful and quite place and minimal disturbance, i will recommend this place for all the solo or couple travellers. It's location is also easily accessible from metro station.

Room provided in top floor below terrace but smelling bad and no tv inside the room which is must for mmt advertised property and stairs look like designed for their own comfort not for guest purpose as not convenient for frequent up down and very dark all the time. This bnb good for those who like self cooking

Good homestay with kitchen and nice sitting place but needs more flexibility and need to be very careful with shiny stairs and person must used to go up and down with this kind of shiny stairs and wooden floors very cold inside the room however homestay very close to both malviya nagar hauz rani area and saket pvr market and multiple banks

i had an amazing stay at grace home which is in saket new delhi at a very prominent location. just a 2 mins walk away from metro and the overall locality nearby in terms of availability is very good. breakfast is complimentary and there is wifi ac geyser tv and all for your basic needs. the host karuna is a very sweet person and she takes care of all your needs. while roaming around i got late reaching back, even in this cold weather she didn’t mind waking up and opened the gate for me. my overall experience was too good. i highly recommend the stay to all who are looking for a decent option at a decent price.

It was a pleasant stay with my wife at new Delhi. The location was good and the surrounding was peaceful. Staffs were friendly, cooperative. The rooms were relaxing and comfortable with a great ambiance. The food was good. Value for money stay
