Poor Stay
Room was decent but was not properly cleaned, food was okay and staff was speaking nicely too, my mother had a knee problem and the lift wasnt working. Over experience was average
Location was good. Room was average as it was small and had lots of external sound. Bathroom didn’t have constant hot water. Toiletries were only provided when asked. Breakfast was ok ok.

The lightings were soo dim nd the wash basin counter was broken nd weak the area of the WC were soo small can't even sit properly it was soo bad , and they don't offer varieties for breakfast it was soo soo average i couldn't even tell u . literally bad experience

It was horrible stay. I have never such bad hospitality ever. I have been allotted room in the third floor with no lift facility. The room service even worst. I you go to restaurent nobody is bothered to attend you. During my stay two times i waited for the waiter and left the restaurent. Never book this hotel againg

Avoid for your own safety
Let's start from the lift it's so poorly maintained it can fall any day it shakes and vibrates too much the door of lift also shakes and makes alot of sound while opening and closing it's a major risk you will start praying as soon as you enter the lift Now coming to suite room in picture you pay think it's neat and clean but it's very old made and very poorly maintained ac was working fine but i head alot of squeaking and taps coming from ceiling i don't know it was mouse of upper floor guests, i think mouse, more over the door has no lock from inside, yes you read this right anyone from Hotel staff can enter your room any time while you are in bed or in shower and you have no way of avoiding this because the standard door lock can be opened by staff master key any time . Coming to bed pillows are very dirty under the covers and if you see it you will throw it away and not put it under your head. There is only one charging port near bed. Coming to bathroom there is so much wasted space in bedroom but bathroom is cramped specially shower area And omg the shower when i first turned it on it had brown water coming out of the tap after running for a while it turned clear i was scared of even showering in such dirty water Food Is average This review is important because property is non refundable and trust me once you visit it you would want to cancel and refund your booking immediately i even saw a couple asking about cancelation policy to front desk after they arrived Location is good but after seeing the hotel you would prefer worse located hotel than this
