below average facilities, unprofessional service staff. double price for half value for money. i felt cheated, especially by the quality of food provided by the hotel the singh palace.

Location good. Close to metro. Area not very noisy in the night.

Service is not good, food quantity is not good, it's waste of money

Do not go there. Amazingly frustrating. It's a hotel run by some businessman. Staff eat paan and do not talk. Breakfast guy was leaning on counter all time. No salt/pepper or napkins on table. Uncleaned Poha was served. Had to throw breakfast in dustbin . Watermelon had rotten.

Very poor experience booked through MMT and get confirmed booking But after reaching the hotel they said we have no rooms left and will arrange a room in some other hotel. Then visited that hotel and that was totally third class if they have no rooms then why they do confirm ation on online booking . Totally pathetic. Neve recommend and visits again' .

Good location. Room was decent. Basic amenities like bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer and percolator, hand towel, shampoo were missing. Food is extremely overpriced.

Staffs- not professional. Very poor environment. Rooms in winter without carpet or mat. No any accessory provided. Not a good experience. Breakfast was included in package as Rs 700. The breakfast was not worth more than 100 or 200

There were no toiletries in the room. Worst thing is they don't replace the toilet paper after each guest. Rather they just cover the toilet paper with a wrap. Very average rooms. The bed was shorter in length. Nothing great. Staff were friendly

Excellent service oriented staff, nice location, Rooms are big. But they take care about food taste and maintain more options for breakfast and toiletries like as soap, shampoo. We appreciate the front office Managers were done very good job, they received customers very politely and given excellent service in all aspects. Service boys and security people also receiving appeal is very nice

It is a very convenient location and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast included is not lavish but filling enough. It's a value for money hotel. The room facilities are reasonably good and clean.

Not place to visit room was big but having some smell not having the basic facility no soap shampoo towel etc in the washroom, food was also not to delicious Staff was OK and the cleaniness also.
