I want to give 3 but the hotel management makes us satisfied with the solution. But i think it was done because of old knowing. If the company mmt confirmed a booking, how can there no rooms are available?

Terrible Stay
Worst hotel ever stayed in. The photos of the hotel is totally the opposite. Smelly rooms n unhygienic washroom which worst then public toilets. Dont opt for breakfast as the hotel does not have a kitchen

Average Stay
Everything is broken in the bathroom and there is no water bottle also. Hot water is not 24 hours so last night we could check in only after 2 am n wanted to take bath n sleep but we couldn't do it as no hot water available at that time. Only from 2 am to 11. 30 am i am paying for 1 day without these facilities.

Poor service
They accept my booking through make my trip and then when we reached at the hotel they said they don't have rooms available, when i said that my booking is paid then t hay transferred us to other hotel with poor facility

We are sorry to hear that your stay was not comfortable as you expected. We have enough housekeeping staff to clean and for staff for other services as mentioned in voucher.we sell water bottle on mrp. For water we have ground water and running 24hrs.

Smooth experience even at midnight
The location was easily accessible didn’t need to contact staff, the staff was readily available even at 12am which was a surprise. Helped in parking of the vehicle and smooth choosing of the rooms. The rooms were clean and overall it was a nice stay! would like to visit again
