Review Of Hotel Pooja Palace, Karol Bagh

The hotel is in small lane get the vehicle near the hotel.. the Hotel rooms are small to that rate charged to me. the attendants at the counter are good and guided us well. We did not opted for breakfast hence we don't the quality. Otherwise we had good stay at the hotel.

location is in the market , so better travel by a rikshaw to reach , Food was nice , staff was nice and friendly.

Location is very easily assess-able as it is walking distance from karol bagh metro station. Staff and managers are cooperative and helpful. Food is also good and they have a buffet too. Overall very good experience and reasonably priced

It was so excellent to stay at pooja palace for 2 days with my better half lipika. Location is in a very nice place of karol bag, delhi. Foods quality were too delicious and services of all the staffs were excellent. Really it was an wonder journey in delhi for the first time visit for me and my family.

At this price point, vgood stay with parking for your personal vehicle, infactvsome areas of delhi are conjusted, but we have to deal with it. Nice stay for family if u come here for some official work. Or as a tourist. Thanxx

A pleasant stay in this hotel, all staff and services are found excellent and decent. Food is a little bit costly as per quality and quantity. Need to look into it. All over is puja palace is good hotel in delhi at prime location.

Hotel is nice, room is a bit disorganised in terms of arrangement of furniture. Main issue is the staffs behaviour. Even for 5 minutes delay in checkout they were taunting us

Location is okay, food pathetic, they didn't even gave water to guest. Very bad experience. Extremely low grade hotel. They forced me to pay for bottled water which i didn't even order.

When i arrived at hotel the manager said hotel is full ahd we have arranged your stay at nearby hotel which was very average and not that luxury have suffered by choosing makemytrip i'll never use again

It was clean and hygienic place to stay. Excellent for a business trip stay. Value for money. It is in the midst of the karol bagh market. Metro station is also at a walking distance. Hotel should add more items to their menu to choose from while ordering for room service. Overall a good stay.

Hotel very bad my first time bad experience in this hotel i stayed here for first time hotel reception staff doesn't know how to talk or behave with guests i would never recommend this hotel to anyone

There is issue of hot water in the bathroom. The hotel ambient air having food smell. Also tv could able to access all time.

Location is very close to karol bagh metro station, so is very easily reachable. My check in was smooth as i reached the hotel midnight. Running hot water as geyser is installed in room.
