The owner is very cooperative and rooms are clean.

I had a nice stay with my family in this property. Room was good and location of hotel is perfect and polite.

The hosts are very accommodative of special requests. I liked the food, especially the tea and aloo parathas. The location is also prime, plus there is a market nearby.

My stay was amazing the location of the hotel was close to pvr anupam. for food we can order from outside, if you love home cooked food it also available at in-house kitchen. Ramesh ji and his family was hosting, they were very polite and hospitale. Location was superb.

Property care taker was so caring person provided all things which we said, property in prime location on road every thing available in 400 meter, a cool atmosphere surrounding.

Good hospitality.

Did not get hotel which we booked. The new hotel and room were fine but not of the price range as original. This seems to be issue with many listings for saket here

1st it’s not a 1bhk n kitchen r sharing + not privacy @all i had a 4 veg meals + 8 tea n it’s too expensive n they ask money for using the kitchen wat’s the use of calling homestay it’s fooling people

That building is very old room was very small and no telivision was thr. Store was open in front of my room. See i was stay in this room. Ins-aid of washroom many unused things was there

Everything was good. Caretaker mr. Ramesh is super helpful in every possible manner.

It’s not a one bhk flat, only single room. Cleanness ok but rate not worth it and totally fake information provide in mmt of this property

Not justified as per room nights charged. Water quality was poor. Other house hold items were also no upto standard. Needs renovation and improvements in amenities.

In the name they’ve written 1 bhk apartment. As a normal person who stayed in different apartments in different countries, it gives the information that’s i am renting a 1 bhk apartment. But they are running a stay business from a 4 bhk apartment. So you get a small room and no access to kitchen and share the living room with other occupants. It is listed as an apartment which they should immediately change. And i found it over priced i paid the amount thinking im getting a living room and kitchen and not just a room. Disappointed!

The caretaker of the property shri ramesh with his family are so humble and always available to cater us. Immensely happy with their hospitality.

No water bottle provided. They charged rs 200 for just a cup of tea. Basic amenities were lacking
