I checked in around 4 AM in the morning and paid the whole day price. According to them. The checkout time was 11 and around 1115. They started knocking my door and calling me with names. He started misbehaving, knocking and banging the door. Then they turned off the lights of the room, so it is overall terrible, terrible, terrible experience do not ever book this hotel. The name of the person who was in charge is Ajay. He is so ill mannered person. I would never ever recommend anybody to book this hotel.

I found this hotel to be a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle, providing a peaceful atmosphere.

Needed an extra bedsheet, and it came in five minutes. The room was super clean and had working sockets and lamps.

Pillows and bedsheets were white and soft. No stains or marks anywhere. Room looked and felt freshly prepared.

Most Horrific Hotel Experience Ever I booked this hotel because there was a marriage function nearby. The images shown were completely misleading. When we arrived, the hotel initially denied us check-in. After one hour of repeated follow-ups with MakeMyTrip, a room was finally allocated. This place is not a hotel but more like a brothel — prostitution activities were happening openly. As soon as we entered the room, we were shocked by the condition: The room was filthy, Bedsheets and pillows were dirty, Dust was lying all over the bed, The bathroom was so unhygienic that my family and I felt nauseous and almost vomited. We again contacted MakeMyTrip, and they said they would connect us to OYO. They asked us to click photos of the room. However, when we tried to take pictures, the hotel staff refused to allow us to click any. When we requested cancellation and refund, MakeMyTrip denied it, and OYO asked us to wait while they arranged for another property. Later, we got a call saying another hotel was available nearby, but the AC was not working. On that night, the temperature was around 40 degrees Celsius. With aged parents and the time being 12:30 am, sleeping without AC was impossible. After waiting for another one and a half hours without any solution, we were forced to check in. Even after check-in: We requested mineral water, but were denied. They instead gave us a used disposable water bottle. This hotel is absolutely NOT recommended for families. It was a horrible and traumatic experience that I would never want anyone else to go through.

The hotel owner said that I have a double booking and I was charged double whereas the app only showed one room because of which I ended up paying for double room instead of one.
