Not clean and no proper service
Staff doesn't bother and they don't even know the MMT is prepaid. The room was not clean, no hot water, I will not book this hotel again.

Poor Stay
At first they allotted us room no. 204 which is a double bed room, but the room is completely different from what we saw in the pictures. It is small and clumsy. When we protested they gave us room no 205 which is okay in size but has no television and no electric kettle. The phone doesn't work. There was no room service. We stayed for three days and they didn't take the trash out for a single time. Neither did they come to clean the room. Room no. 206 is a room for 4 people. Room size is okay but the toilet flash doesn't work. They didn't take any initiative for the first two days even after reporting.

Average Stay
Location is reachable but building stairs are very poor not suitable for old age or handicapped people. Rooms have no ventilation. I booked two ac rooms but one room ac remote was missing and other window AC only fan mode was on. very 😭😢

Terrible Stay
We stayed around 4 nights in this "3 star hotel", with 5 star ratings in make my trip and google. they've totally bad behaviour no response to the problems or issues, completely unhygienic place, beds, rooms, bathroom, neighbourhood. They don't give you any good food, Refused to give hot water, TV, wifi, or didn't clean room at all. They gave us used bedsheets and blankets, uncleaned pillows, 24hrs cigarette smoke smell, powercuts, zero ventilation, useless hotel I recommend to Make my trip to remove it from your site to keep your reputation. Near by one more hotel is there hotel Lal it's good.
