HOTEL PRIME BY THE PREMIUM VILLA

Dirty and wet linen, very filthy bathroom, did not get the room key, no hot water, all this was a very bad experience. For early check in they charged 400 extra.

The hotel didn't exist at the given location. We were redirected to another location and another hotel that was 30 mins from the earlier one. For a person who's not aware of the location, how do you expect such travel. The rooms were dirty, stainy walls and smelly washrooms. Pathetic experience and would never book again.

NO AC three floors no lift room not good

I stay this Hotel premium by the premium villa* , and I would like to share my experience in detail. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with their warm and professional approach. The check-in process was smooth and quick, The room provided was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities in place. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping staff ensured that the room was kept spotless throughout my stay. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room décor, which created a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. Another highlight of my stay was the courteous and helpful attitude of the staff across all departments – reception, housekeeping, and restaurant. They were always ready to assist with a smile, which made my stay even more comfortable.....

The Hotel condition was terrible. People were shouting, and we have to change the room once and want to change it once again. The room wall was water was leaking from the room. A very terrible experience. Tried to avoid the hotel.

this was the dirtiest, most disgusting room I've ever stayed in. water damaged walls, bathroom tiles broken and falling out, broken toilet seat that was broken in colour and terrible ride staff that can't even give packagedwater

Very worst stay ever. the staff are very rude and rooms are very very dirty even you book deluxe one. No towel no blanket no kettle and all whatever they shown on website when ask for they refuse to give or give very dirty towel and blanket. They keep wait us at least 2 hours for checkin..

The room was not cleaned, the room we had booked was not available, the female staff at the reception was also talking very rudely

Location of the property was good but cleaning was not up to the mark flush tank was unserviceable and no tv was provided even after asking for the AC remote they don’t provide the same and room was not up to the mark
