Hotel Luxury Villa

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and i was Throughly impressed. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed .

Worst hotel arrival visit no telephone to call on reception but the reception they are telling you need to call online number to get something no toiletries. There was a towel, but it was wet.

The worst possible place to stay. Such disgusting rooms with no cleaning done at all. Washrooms don’t have locks, or door handle. Filthy fans and AC. There is care given to customer. This hotel should be closed and authorities should take charge and close it down. It’s a possible risk to people staying here

i am writing to share my disappointing experience regarding my recent booking with luxury villa. upon arrival, i was informed by the hotel staff that they had no rooms available for me, despite my confirmed reservation. as a result, i was sent to another hotel, hotel glory, which fell far below any acceptable standard of accommodation. the room provided at hotel glory was in an extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained condition. the bathroom towels were filthy and had hair on them, making them unusable. the room itself was foul-smelling and far from the standard i expected. this experience was incredibly distressing, especially considering i paid for the booking. the room i was offered was nowhere close to matching the value of my payment and was comparable to accommodations worth ₹400-₹500 at most. given the circumstances, i kindly request that your team adjust a fair amount of the booking cost as compensation for this unsatisfactory experience. looking forward to your prompt response.

Modern stylish great location if you need access to indira gandhi airport. And staff was very cooperative.
