Very terrible. Unhygienic place ever. We didnt stay there. We left soon we checked in. Bad response from makemytrip and the property

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times, but unfortunately, the quality has been declining with each visit. This recent stay was by far the worst, and I will not be returning. The washroom had a constant foul smell, likely due to a nearby shaft, and the hotel management seemed completely indifferent to addressing the issue. The bed was infested with termites, which made it impossible for my wife and me to get a proper night's sleep. In the morning, we even spotted three termites—clear evidence of the hotel's negligence in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness.

The hotel had very poor hygiene sense and bad service ! Room had cockroaches , No Toilet utilities , TV had no cable connection- only YouTube , poor team and front desk

Such a bad experience, please don't book this room. Seriously, the hygienic condition is extremely bad cockroaches. You can find it all around the room and especially in the water. I believe it's a space for cockroaches and toilet are dirty. I just stayed in the room because I paid the entire amount and there is no option for me considering that and I had like my office appointment just next to the office. Seriously please don't book this room. This is completely pathetic. I'm attaching the images. There is no dark. There is no lock for bathrooms. I just tied a rope and I stayed with it multiple complaints with MakeMyTrip about this. Don't book. Don't book. Don't book.

We have booked hotel for 3 day and had three worst days of our life every single day we have worst experiences and a place which is not worthy as per there prize they are tooo expensive and their service was also the worst and unacceptable.......Day one we booked for balcony room and there is nothing like that and they have only two balcony rooms or until you will not it....Day second we also added the breakfeat unhealthy and tastless food they served in our also which was acceptable or eatable...Day three we were at clubbing and then we came to our room and we tried to enter in room there door lock stuck and we had waited outside the room 1 hr until the caretaker found another key to open the door such a bad experiences we had...... and last and the part of their is there was having so much bed bugs and so unhygienic didn't compensate for anything and such a bad experience

The staff is friendly and respectful contributing to over all homely feel of place. Special mention to pravesh [manager] and other housekeeping staff to make our stay memorable

The staff especially pravesh at lime stays are friendly and accommodating check in check out were smooth and team was quick to respond to any request or queries. They really made an effort to ensure guests were comfortable and we'll taken care of during their stay.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was absolutely unhygienic and nothing like the pictures online. The drawer had used condom packets, cigarette buds, and was full of dust. The washroom was yellow and dirty, especially in the corners – clearly not cleaned properly. Overall, the room was in pathetic condition and it felt extremely uncomfortable to stay even for a night. This place is not at all worth the money. Highly NOT recommended.

Good stay, I like room cleaniness and staff

Breakfast was good, but need to make the breakfast time a little early like 8 am . Rooms are small , but location is good on road. Staff service is very good.
