Budget hotel for short business stay.
I travel here for some business meetings. The hotel is 14 km from igi airport, in outer side of delhi. Transport connectivity is available till midnight. The restaurant food is bit expensive as compared to location and quality. Room service is very good. Interior is fine as per the cost.

Worst experience ever
groupThis is not a hotel, it is kind of unsafe lodge lacking every basic maintenance. No parking facility, no cupboard, no hot water, dim lights in the toilet, flush not working, water not flowing from the taps, just dripping. Geysers not working. Unsafe rooms with sliding glass transparent doors as exits leading to the corridor, i can go on and on

Average Stay
Location is fine but rooms are overpriced. It lacks cleanliness and ventilation. There were drawings of tic tac toe and names written on the walls.

Good Stay
Property location is just right, cleanliness of the rooms are more than average. Interior and non-disturbance of the rooms is a big plus here. Outside food is also allowed so, go for it.

Excellent Stay
The property is located on the main road. Just beside haldirams, on the first floor. The name might be confusing so search it as hotel star suites. The staff were really helpful & the rooms were equipped with good ac & tv, the rooms were neat & tidy.

Not worth it
They didn’t even provide water, towels, dental kits etc voluntarily. No control for fanspeed, no two way switch for lights, every time you must get up from bed and turn off/on the lights

Poor Stay
Intercom at the hotel was not working, staff at parking was rude, sufficient water bottle for two were not provided, only one towel was provided for two guests.

Avoid staying seeing the pictures
business1) dirty washrooms 2) leaking ac 3) bed bugs not a good stay at all. Only the location is good. No porter for luggage and no room service

Excellent customer service
Overall was good but i believe the value for money could be re-looked at once again. It was a wonderful experience. My family enjoyed it a lot. The staff is very courteous and warmly respectful.

All went very well
The ambiance was nice, the room was good and the staff were polite and helpful. As usual, the indian hospitality is legendary, with service from the heart. I truly enjoyed my second stay here. Lovely property, great facilities and close to the metro.

Reception welcoming are very professional and smily. The other highlited point is breakfast which is the one of the best in india for international passenger.

Very safe property
