Only one towel provided, though we booked room for 4 persons. Bed was too much hard.

Good Stay Near and Clean rooms with all basic facilities. pleasent stay. Good Campus and centrally located.

Property is old, broken window AC, very old and bad mattress, no good showers, poor ambiance in the room

Not Worth the Money I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The maintenance is extremely poor — the room and washroom were dirty, fittings were broken, and the water supply was irregular throughout the stay. , which is absolutely not justified for the kind of facilities and service provided. The property is poorly maintained, staff seem indifferent, and there’s no value for money at all.

Staff and food gud. Room ambience average . Cleaning is gud

A calm place once you enter the premise. Gates property with security 24 x 7 makes you feel extremely safe as a solo female traveller. Lush green outdoors makes you feel refreshing. Food is also good. Feels as if you are typically in a hostel.

The room and linen were unclean. The bathroom was dirty. The attendant boy was unconcerned. No complementary bottled water provided.

My father stayed in this property for a night. He not only liked the location but also the food and polite staff. The staff was approachable and willing to help. This property is in a very safe and prime location, adjacent to Bangla Sahib Gurudwara. You must go for it.

toilet water pump is not working shower pump is broken. even for the 1 bottle water we have to called many times

The location of the hotel is the main attraction at this cost. Coming to rooms, they are more like a guest house just enough for a comfortable stay and not that good. It's a good stay only not anything luxury.

Cooperative staff. Great location. Room size is good. But they need to refurbish especially the bathroom taps. The water sometimes is muddy. Breakfast menu can be improved.

The staff was courteous. It was on the main road just next to Gurudwara. It is near to Connaught place. The kitchen serves good tasty food, though the kitchen closes at 10.00 pm and post it if we want food we would have to order in. The rooms were big and spacious. The bedsheets were clean.

The Hotel is located quite centrally. The rooms are quite basic but double bed room of decent size. breakfast spread though limited is sufficient.
