Super Hotel O Green Lotus

Firstly the hotel’s name is not correct it is renamed to bijwasan hotel secondly it was nothing like the pictures thirdly the facilities mentioned aren’t full filled like they charged us extra for last checkout even though there were plenty of rooms available

It's very bad experience.We book room but hotel authority not accepting booking because they say booking not made .but we pay.

The Hotel is situated in a shady neighbourhood. Food was really overpriced and the staff was impolite.

Overall comfortable stay. Could improve the interior of room.

Hotel was good . Greatest things is that staff acknowledge that they are giving poor service and then they rectify it . Rest was okay

The bathroom was not clean. The bathroom basin was not. The included breakfast was not good at all. The food which we ordered was not god at all. The WiFi was not working. The pictures showed looks nice price, but it is a deceivibg pictures. For price I paid I was expecting something much better.

It’s a very average hotel .. Staff is horrible .. They don’t provide toiletries(even after asking three times personally at the counter) .. No respect for time of the customer .. Breakfast timing is 7 in the morning as show on MMT But in the hotel is 7:30 BUT they start providing breakfast only after 8:15 to 8:30 am. I went to write an exam so was not bothered much .. But even then could not neglect their horrible service .. What is more shocking is that the room is MMT ASSURED .. MMT really needs to keep a check on these kind of hotels. NOT good for their image.

Badly disappointed with MMT service of make my trip. Hotel was no whr close to expectation. There was no breakfast the first day till 8. 30 sayin there staff was on leave .. Same happened on second day too. We askd for kettle first day no response was there. Flush wasn't working but they said they don't have other rooms to exchange. There was a single bed blanket for a double bed. There was no parkin service sayin owner has taken the parking place. Overall pathetic service. All three families stayin there through MMT had same opinion of being cheated.

Service was good and room was clean. For food it was overcharged and switches were not in correct places. Food was not tasty and also they did not serve fresh tea which we have asked. Please at least put water bottle in rooms and also the receptionist did not give us food bill when I have asked he said I'll get it from make my trip only but still I didn't get any details of my billing so kindly send me the details of bill so I also can see or check what I have ate so much or too expensive

I was stayed there. Best experience. Professional staff breakfast was tasty. Rooms and btahrooms is big and neat and clean. Hotel situated is in near by indiara gandhi airport. Swimmimng pool also very neat and cleab

Very poor location, we have tried to get ola & uber but failed every body denied. No Auto also. Rooms condition was not good so much insects in side the room. It was an OK stay. Front desk managers was well behaved.

Room was good. Ambience of the hotel very good. Roof top was very nice but the service was not very good. Even the hotel staff refused to open the rooftop after 12. As we wanted to be there for certain time period.

The rooms were good, staff was helpful although the location was off the beat but we enjoyed our experience here! Recommended hotel for fun leisure and relaxed holiday. Hope for coming again in future
