Not as good that I was expected because of cast because bathroom and aminities are are not as good as charge

I personally believe that paying 24k for 3 nights is not worth staying in this hotel, highly inflated food prices and food quality below average except pankaj from reception rest of the staff members seems unprofessional with the way they talk.

Hotels charged more than 7000, but anyone can get such type of hostel in Delhi. There service is also like d grade lodges. Overall my experience was very bad 😔

The housekeeping staff was cooperative but, services are poor need to ask for basic requirements. Toiletries provided are of poor quality.

Receptionist totally uncooperative for whatever we were want to ask just for example on 4th may of morning we went and we requested for early checking as you mention in a makemytrip. Com before 10 you can't do the early checking so that was really rude to reply!

the stay at the exotica grand delhi was overall good but it is not as per the price they are charging. there was no dental kit, and shaving 🪒 kit. rest they had kept electric kettle and accessories for making tea and coffee. the managers at reception desk have good behaviour.. rest things were ok like it is near to metro station patel nagar and also we’ll connected with bus and taxi services

We booked this hotel as usual after checking images but badly disappointed. Its seems like they are running some budget lodge by charging tariff of star hotels. We informed front desk at 5 am to change the bed sheet or provide one bedsheet extra as we felt some dirt/bug on existing linen. But instead of resolving the issue, the receptionist argued regarding the time & behaved rudely by refusing to provide the bedsheet. Even at the time of checkin, no one helped with luggage. Delayed service and poor staff behaviour. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. It doesn't matter to them even if you write feedback on them. They themselves told to do whatever we can. They will just post a default response under your review that necessary action has been taken and matter is over for them. Very bad experience.
