Poor service Good room Good food

Room was ok but bathroom was not good spiderwebs were on walls .low on maintenance and cleanliness.went for early breakfast around 7am tables was not laid, restaurant floor was sticky and not properly cleaned.most of dining tables were dirty.Disappointed with sarover .... hardly 1or 2 stars

If you are a business traveller, choose this property only if you don’t have any other option I stayed there for 2 nights during my business trip to Delhi during 2nd week of September 2025 - limited option for the breakfast - ⁠so many young kids from the near by college were seating at reception, in restaurant and in the cafe area all the times in awkward position - ⁠Property was not maintained properly.

room and food is average, and bed mattress is below average.

Rooms are good but service very poor, I ordered dinner at night 9:30 pm and till 12:30 midnight I kept on ringing but unfortunately food didn’t came that night, we had to sleep without food that night and during the checkout time the food that didn’t reach my room was charged and I paid but then ask for a detail bill and found out the food that didn’t reach my room was also added in the bill, then I told them that the food was not served and it has been charged then after 15-20 minutes discussion they return my money in cash, and I ask for AC remote and check the AC which was not working, but rang the reception phone several times but they didn’t came, I am writing this for improvement of the service of hotel, so the other guest don’t face the same problem.... SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOOR, and most of them are not professional at all,

Food was very expensive. The cost of rooms was expensive as compare to the convenience

I stayed there for two days and they only put a fridge in it when I asked. If you don't want to use it, there's nothing. But the room service is not that fast. I have to ask every time I want to change the towels in the bathroom

The hotel is situated in a peaceful residential colony, just a short distance from Delhi University , making it ideal for students, visiting families, or business travelers. Good and spacy room. Room service is good. The ever-smiling Shankar brings a sense of warmth and hospitality that defines the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere.

nice hotel with good value for money,centrally located,attentive staff rooms are spacious with amenities.

The location is good and near to the University of Delhi north campus and Colleges. The staff are very supportive and caring. The food is delicious. We had enjoyed the stay.

Shower is not working. Room is not clean. Im booking Three person and I am told you extra , but Hotel side not arrange

Staff is good and polite , it can be more neat and clean...quit and good place to stay
