The bedsheet looked dirty and was torn in places. The bed runner was also used and not washed. The host was uncontactable on both contact numbers provided as the caretaker had conveniently given the phone to her kid to play.

As we enter no one was there to greet . I had to call contact number provided in the details, answered by a helper , who had gone to market , stated no previous call from my-side was received about our arrival time. Property is old and some areas need deep cleaning , bathroom floor , shower area , taps are rusted and worn out. The room we stayed in had no TV , can you believe?? The only good thing was the location of property and the kitchenette provided . For sure I will not come back to this property. One interaction i had with one of the property owner who very rudely asked myself away to a different gate stated guest house gate is a different one . She should know on how to treat guests, my question to her , did she ever came or any one gave any orientation about the do’s and don’ts . NO ONE .... So silly ...

The stay was wonderful, it’s a quaint household that is in the middle of south delhi making it easy to commute to a lot of places. The house is very well done and the karnataka suite is very spacious and has a lot of natural light come in. The caretaker was very warm and hospitable and i would definitely be coming back to stay there once again. 5
