Room stay was Good it is ok for a single day, Food facility is not available at property yet so it should be upgraded. Staff was found supportive. Rooms are neat and clean. for the available facility Rates was found very high.

Caves by Craftels: Decent Stay but Overpriced and Hard to Find

Finding Caves by Craftels was a bit challenging, as there was no proper hotel-style entrance—it felt more like a residential property. Additionally, there was no elevator, so reaching the third floor required following small directional arrows, which were not very easy to locate. Upon entering the room, the ambiance was decent, but not particularly impressive. It was comfortable, but not something that would leave a "wow" impression. Given the overall experience and location, the hotel felt overpriced for what it offered. While the stay was acceptable, better accessibility, clearer signage, and improved pricing could enhance the guest experience.

coupleFirstly we were asked to inform them 30 mins prior our checkin on the provided number but the number was switched off for more than an hour. Trying multiple times on the same number and other numbers as well. They decided to answer the call at 5am. The person who answered the call just got out of his sleep and clearly said that its 5am we cant allow you to check in now. To which when i shouted at him is actually when he realised and spoke to some lady. The only thing we were told on the phone was that we can check in but will have to check out by 10am. The lady kept saying this only. And at exactly 10 they knocked on the door. We asked for 10 more mins. 10:15 they came back and when i told them that we're almost ready to leave in 5 mins i got a message from that lady saying that we'll be charged 1500 if we dont check out by 10;30. Idk why people are still going there. The place is literally so shady. Smelly dirty quilts and pillows. No hand towels. No ventilation. Rude staff. Pathetic place!

We booked premium cave with jacuzzi. The stay was fantastic. Innovative and staff was also polite and cooperative. Kitchen was not there, so food had to be ordered from outside, but they provided cutlery and there’s a innovative ground seating for the dining. Gives a well furniture d cave like feeling. Jacuzzi was also amazing experience. I recommend this place as a “must go to place”.
