It's very bad hotel. Very hard to find if we want to return our money they said no refund. And servicing also very poor.

Location is good near to the metro Station, homely food was provided, the staff was helpful, and services were quick, a recommendable place for family stays, and a group of friends.

Connectivity wise very good place to stay. You can get metro at 500 meter, bus stop at walking distance. Food destination is undoubtedly very good.
Location wise very nice in terms of connectivity and food. Amenities in bathrooms are still of old fashioned and some taps even leaking. Overall I will rate 3 out of 5.

Was there on business, and couldn't have gotten a better place to stay. The owners were beyond courteous, helped with the excessive luggage I was carrying. The place was humble, neat and tidy. It was centrally located and we'll connected. For breakfast, if you inform the owners, you'll be able to have a nice home cooked meal at a very nominal charge. The place is safe for single travelers, especially female travelers. All in all, it was a very satisfying experience, I would definitely recommend this place to out of towners P.S. This is not a hotel, it's a bed and breakfast. It's a service apartment on the 1st floor, where you'll be renting a room. Rest assured, you'll have a pleasant stay here.

It is very close to Netaji Subhash Place and also near to Metro station. Service is also good.

It's an average Room and it's like a house sharing in whole summery it's a PG without food like breakfast or dinner... But they all very polite and had good communication skill so other language people also can stay there...

This is a house, where you get a room. The Hosts are very friendly, right from the day you stay to till you checkout. But whats was not pleasing is room, TV, cupboards, bathroom fitting are shabby. You need to give us a hotel room look and feel. LCD Tv would be better. New cupboards will all of them accessible ., luggage space, chairs in rooms, better lighting in rooms with Night lamps, addition lamps. Better blankets, towels. Bed cushion was very good. We need more signs on the gate. For the hotel name board. Internet was high speed. The host were helpful in all aspects. Eating out was all nearby. Markets are near by. Kohat metro and nsp metro are walkable.

Nice rooms and services .. Can do better ... I suggest that people who here travel for work should be chose this and this kind of hotel. Because it is near to Netaji SUBASH PLACE and wazirpur industrial area.

A very nice and cosy place for a short trip. The room is part of a 3BHK. Owner lives in next room with his family. The hosts were very cordial and most of the amenities were provided. OK place as long as you are staying for business reasons and not want to travel more. Breakfast was nice but served late.

Make my trip should visit hotel personally before recomadation they should clear mention the location. TV was very old model and not easily visible Rates too high compared to the location and it's in a old society like Mumbai cHawley Regret make my trip But owner was very good by nature and service

This is good value for money with good location with best hospitality. Home made food and good home environment. Specially for low budget, we recommend for business travel, either it is short or long stay. Specially we liked much for home environment

My experience was not too good room service and staff behaviour just average. Tough to find the hotel and on parking space available ... I park my car in the road and fare from my hotel around 300.

Service apartment close to kohat metro station. Location in respect to travelling by metro is best, also nsp and rohini West Mall and rani bagh for local shopping is nearby ... If you are travelling alone for the only purpose of sleeping at night then it's a good buy otherwise I'll prefer something more comfortable

A very nice and cosy place for a group to stay. We had gathered to attend the wedding and it served as a perfect locations. Will come here for the second time again. The location is very close to NSP pitampura

A beautiful home stay. The service is good and the management is very cordial. The management behaved very gentlemanly and they were very helpful always. I will try to recommend the hotel/ home stay to my friends and relatives for visits to Delhi. Location of the hotel is also very good.

Double bed with a soft food and the owner is excellent in all manner handcuffed to the owner for his knowledge and breakfast is simply super which is included in room rent only so finally you will feel a pleasant environment here.

The hotel staff is good also the rooms are clean but the charges are high as compare to the location. Also as I am from south India there is no breakfast of such type like sambar vada or idli or dosa.

This is actually a room of 3 BHK house converted to a room. Owner lives in next room with his family. OK place as long as you are staying for business reasons and not want to travel more. Breakfast was part of plan quality wise no complaint but quantity wise quite less.

Location is very bad, when I reached the reception is nobody to attend. No car car parking. The room is not comfortable and then I decided I can't stay there and I go another hotel that night to stay. I lost my full amount on that hotel. It is worth less hotel.

It's nice place to stay. Gust house owner is very nice person. Very nice place. It's close to metro and Shoping mall and eating place. Sure we will visit again. Very quiet place and no crowded area. Love to visit again.
