stay was wonderful and cozi. staff was very helpful. best part was that we got the place to secure our baggage even after checkout and we could roam around by keeping our bags safely with the hotel management.

The stay was not overall comfort. Rooms were not properly cleaned. There was no provision for bottled water. Only supply water was available for drinking. Reception services was poorly maintained. The guy at reception is not professional.

The room was horrible, and the toilet and bathroom were beyond imagination. no towels were provided, no HYGIENE. the bed sheets were dirty, and it seemed not washed. Yellow stains, all over the bedsheet and foul.smell. The only good thing was that ac was cooling well. They did not accept any queries, . Horrible experience 😪
