Worst Hotel Ever, Please don't book this hotel eve

The worst hotel, I have ever stayed, this is not hotel it can be a ghost house at this point, plasters were falling from the walls, no cleaning done ever, there were stains in the bed and guess what I have found previous guests adult sprays in there, and after some struggle and connecting to MMT I get to change the room, now guess what, I got shock from the bathroom switch, after complaining about this hotel staff said please leave your keys we will repair it and when I returned in evening, nothing was done and hotel staff said maintanence person is on leave. I request MMT to remove this hotel, and You have given My Biz assurance on this hotel, have MMT ever visited this hotel before giving Biz assurance. please make sure you check the hotel at least once a year before given MY Biz Assurance.

* hotel is very poorly maintained * lift not working * room stinks * no primary supplies like dental kit, bathroom kit, shaving kit, tea or coffee supplies, etc nothing was provided. Horrible experience. Never recommend anyone.

Our recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far from what was promised in the pictures. The actual condition of the property doesn’t even match 5% of what’s shown online. There was no hotel name board outside, making it incredibly difficult to locate. The rooms are on the second floor with no lift, which caused major inconvenience for my elderly mother and our family, especially with luggage and two small children. We had booked two rooms for a family stay, but both had damaged door handles and we were unable to lock them properly. The bathrooms were in pathetic condition – unclean with broken taps and poor hygiene standards. To make things worse, there is no in-house food service. The hotel staff asked us to order from a local dhaba, which was not at all suitable for a family stay. We paid a hefty amount, expecting basic comfort and services, but it felt like a complete scam. It’s extremely disappointing that platforms like MMT are allowing such properties to be listed without proper validation. Instead of investing in high-paid celebrities for promotion, MMT should ensure genuine customer experiences. This was truly not expected from a platform we trusted.

The location was good but the property was severely damaged the floor wood is in bad condition the top has cracks all over. The building is so old that I think it will fall in any time truly waste of money
