The stay was very comfortable. Staff are polite and responsive. Breakfast was nice. If the hotel would open its kitchen for lunch and dinner too, it would have been better. Overall a good stay

It was worse, they had no warm water. No clean towel and no good language

Good and Spacious Rooms. Very good location for travel by road or metro Helpful staff who guided us with local travel. Good connectivity to travel at anytime day or night.

Room was nice and size of the room was good. The towel provided were not clean enough and no proper restaurant service.

The hotel is in the same clean condition as it was before COVID. All amenities are functional. However the delicious buffet breakfast spread is missed as they've discontinued it. They still serve a limited options in the room.

Worst experience. Unprofessional Staff. Dirty Pillows, Bedsheets....Dirty fungus covered washroom door.... Charged water, soft drinks at double the market price.....will never book again....

Worst experience, earlier also i stayed in the property, property is good as per locality and hygiene but now seems management has changes, they don't have anything other-then the room. Yesterday when i reached they put one 1l bislery bottle in double occupancy room without saying anything, no extra water, since i brought 2 lit water from my side and my checkin was around 10 pm so we did not re q extra, in morning i left for some work and 10 year kid was in the hotel i personally went to reception and asked the manager that i will be back by 12 but if i goer little late pls let him stay in the room for some time, they were reluctant as i booked. Around 11. 50 i called the manager and said i am reaching within 15-20 min so let the kid stay in the room for just 15-20 more min but they compelled the child to ch k out, when i reached hotel in 20 min, he was sitting at reception and crying, nobody was there to attend him. But once i reached they gave me bill for the 1 bisleri bottle, they said they don't have complementary water nor they have regular ro water even, to offer, everything is paid, no ethics, no moral, no courtesy, no value to customers, worst experience

Staff do not give complimentary water bottles, all chargeable basis, lift not available in hotel, use stairs for 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor.

All are very tribal. The hotel manager and boy are very unresponsive. There are not drinking water and no any benifits. I am not booking any more makemytrip. All are very unresponsive.

Overall a good stay for short period. Well connect to main areas of the city. Accommodation facilities are well maintained.

Stay was awesome and the hospitality was excellent, i really enjoyed my stay here. Raj kumar was very polite and provided the best stay service.

Rooms are good but they didn’t even provided water bottle….Overall budget hotel near by embassy area

The room service was really very bad! there was no water available in the room! also was made to change the room on the second day without prior notice

Located in prime place. Front elevation and front office is ok. Internal fixtures and fittings need attention. Currently the provisions and facilities call for cost reduction in the charges.

Washroom lights are not working, even the toilet seat is having leakage problem! ac is not working (considering the climate will not use ac but it should be running condition)

The property is seems very old, all old generations amenities found, even they are charging for drinking water. Strange, how water is not in complement.

Baljeet hotel. Good place to stay with family. Booked through make my trip. Charged rs. 3300 for 1 day stay. Made payment while booking. Available facilities: geyser, kettle, mini fridge, tv, ac, fan, landline phone, mini bath soaps 2, 1hand towel, 1 bath towel, wifi. Negatives: -the floor is not clean it's dusty. -there is no lift available. -no complimentary breakfast if u book through make my trip. Other than that everything is good.
