I dont able to search hotel and do not pick my call by hotel managment totly waste my money

When I reached the Hotel Premium Villa,Deoli Road, Khanpur with my Family, the reception denied that he did not get any booking of my name. Even my name was visible in his mobile phone still he said that they will be not providing room to me and my Family. Though the reception was insisting to book a new room in their hotel by giving new amount. As my daughter was having Rifle Shooting Competition Training on the same day and she got delayed. This was a horrible experience and neither I got my room nor my money back. Please check background of this Hotel and futher booking. Regards, Prashant Dhepe

Hotel property charged extra amount in addition payment

The room was very clean and had a great view. We were impressed with how clean it was.

Rooms were neat and clean, service was good, hotel is cozy. Awesome experience at this place.

Excellent location with clean and professional rooms and bathrooms and staff, along with nicely organized bedsheets and blankets.

Basic, yet good. Clean rooms, polite staff members. A small yet wonderful stay. The room they gave me was really clean.

The quality of room was very poor. The hotel's lift was not working. Also the staffs were very rude. The stay was terrible.

Hotel demanded 800- from me at reception. It was about 10pm when i reached at hotel. So i have not any option to pay. . But i paid. It was the very first time this was happened with me. You should stay somewhere else. Don't even think about it

The place it is located in too noisy, and too much of traffic, more over it is a place for couple n not for family purposes. As per the covid scenario the cleanliness and hygiene was completely ignored. Really disappointed with the place.
