Worst service was provided Breakfast was included but I didn't receive and even Mineral was not provided I have booked room with ac but on very first day I was given room with no ac service and even fan was not working properly.

Very poor quality and very dirty room bad smell lost of money

Staff were exceptional, pool area had a calm atmosphere and was not overcrowded, restaurants served varied cuisines: Indian (The Spice Route) San Geminiano Italian and other restaurants a variety of European and oriental well cooked food. The rooms were furnished in a thoughtful and elegant manner, and were scrupulously cleaned by the room attendants who did a first-class job, The private lounge staff were exceedingly helpful as was the concierge. Oh and the two pieces of free laundry per day was a very nice touch. A wonderful experience.

Property Location finding is very difficult.If child with you then don't choose this hotel.Again night club and tourists are coming there.So always music , party and drinks and different type of people you will see there.So in one point that location not fit for family as well as married couple.

Very dirty hotel. No water. No towels nothing managing also door lock not properly locking system. Bad hotel

No water to drink in the room, no water for the washroom, No toiletries, No towel, bad furniture…. No service at all!!

Located adjacent to the parking outside hauz khas official. Room had an electric kettle, a small single door fridge an almirah as shown in property photos. The window ac in my room probably required maintenance as it provided little cooling. Bathroom was clean but had a little bad odor. Had to ask to change bedsheets, it took some time. My stay was quiet and without other disturbances from outside.

Fantastic experience with a welcoming environment, clean accommodations loved the hospitality.

Location is very good. But can't access with cab. Atleast 200mtrs walk to the place. There are no lifts. Hygeine needs more improvement, as bed sheets and pillow cover were not properly cleaned or may not have been replaced after earlier guests have left. It has four floors but no lift available. Bed side table was not clean, and was broken. It seemed for only singles, not recommended for family stay.

This place offers great value for money! we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service.

The room was tidy, and the staff was helpful, making it a decent choice for budget-conscious travelers.

They denied to stay because of no availability of room how it’s possible when i booked already that’s why i want my money back. And receptionist behaviour was very bad
