My experience was extremely disappointing. I was greeted by a rude and aggressive individual who claimed to be the owner, though he didn't seem professional at all. Unfortunately, there was no refund option; otherwise, I would have left immediately. The room had cockroaches and mosquitoes, making the stay very uncomfortable. While the hotel building itself looks decent, it is poorly maintained. The pricing is unjustified for the level of service and cleanliness offered. Additionally, the bathroom shown in the pictures of the executive room was completely different from the actual one. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far below expectations. 1. The room was not properly cleaned and had a musty odor. 2. Basic amenities like hot water, Wi-Fi, Aor room service were either poor or unavailable. 3.The air conditioner of the room was not working since morning, then I complained to you in the evening after which the hotel manager got it started ⁠ 4• Overall, the stay felt uncomfortable and not worth the price charged. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the services for future guests.

Hotel is newly renovated. But not maintained. Will suggest for tour person only. Not for family. Entry is very bad.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. As we reached the nearby metro station, rickshaw wale bhaiya told us about the area around the hotel(red light area) which is definitely not safe and so we decided to not think about the prepaid amount and just go for our safety first and hence i would never recommend that hotel to anyone

The location is good. But they are charge early checkin charges so i want you also have option for early checkin when we book hotel with your app because of customer convenient.

Hotel mast auro feel free hai. Clean and well maintained hai

Service was good. Rooms are average. But it inside the lane. Auto can not reach there. Electronic key didn't work at all. Every time we used to call them to open the door.

Staft which was on morning time duty was very rod while speaking. Don't have any images. Even they was going to fight with me. Sorry to say i was very much afraid of this hotel. I have shared alot of my experience to mostly of my friends
