sabse pehli baat yahan ka staff bilkul unprofessional and non supportive h. unko isse fark hi nhi padta k hotel me guest rahe ya na rahe. aap koi v problm batao to direct bolega thik h booking cancel krdo. Dusri baat main pure 1 din tha na bathroom me paani aaya or na hi koi safayee hui mere kayee baar bolne k bawajood v. jiski wajah se na main bath le saka.. Hotel hone k bawajood mujhe private toilet use Krna pada. Hotel Staff itne rude hain k puchho hi mat. maine yahan tak bola k bahar se paani khareed k dedo so that main apni basic need puri kr sakun. wo v nhi kiya inhone. room se gandi badboo aa rahi thi. jab freshner k liye bola to wo v nhi diya. Maine book krne se pahle iska review dekha tha jo bilkul unsatisfactory tha but maine socha kitna hi bura hoga BUT yahan aake samajh aaya k jis kisi ne v review diya h bilkul sahi diya h. 1 word me bola jaaye to bilkul GHATIYA hotel and total waste of money.

first of all it was very difficult to find the hotel I called the hotel phone number but they did not helped, after asking many nearby people I found hotel. There was no board in front of hotel, nobody can say from outside it is a hotel. Room was extremely unclean, there was used cigarette in floor, very foul smell coming from room, toilets. Bedsheets had yellow strains, there was no water supply in bathroom from 14 hours. I had to go from important work I wasn't able to take bath due to no water supply. Packaged drinking water wasn't given. It was my worst experience. I recommend you never stay in this hotel no matter what cost they offer

OMG, that was the worst experience ever! No water at the hotel from the moment I got there. I called the hotel and MMT so many times, and they kept saying "5 minutes." I tried until 12:30 AM, and still no water. I left the hotel in the morning without even showering and had to book a new one just to freshen up. It was a terrible experience.
