The stay was horrible the rooms were not at all clean and the staff were also not nice . It was just a okay hotel

Worst location, worst rooms..doesn’t even have lock in room door, worst food, worst staff,overall everything about the hotel is worst

hi, hotel ram place stay last night was terrible. i booked it for 1 night, but the attitude of the staff was very indifferent. the ac was noisy, probably had rat inside it. there was no reply from the reception when i tried to contact for the same. the bedding and the towel was dirty. i asked them for tea in the morning and they said, wont be available before 8am. lastly i asked them for slippers, and the room service asked me the price of the room booked. overall, the stay was terrible when all i wanted was a good night sleep in delhi. oyo should ensure some property standards.
