Rooms were well maintained and clean. Price may be bit on a higher side considering the location of property.

Receptionist behaviour is very polite and respectful. Also the room is very clean and comfortable i can say it is the best hotel in this price there service is excellent

It was ok. But non availability of lift upset as we have to claim up till 3rd floor after hectic work

Food is not charged as per the menu card provided in the rooms. On enquiry no satisfactory reply from the staff.

Location wise it is good. But the food is very costly and doesn't taste good. Overall behavior of staffs was somehow good. The water was leaking from ac. The geyser was also faulty as i got electrical shock while taking bath switching on the geyser.

I have my hotel booking at a very affordable price. I was on budget not planning to spend much. They helped me got this at very reasonable price.

Smelly room. Stained bedsheets. Unhygienic washroom. No parking space. Remote location. Photos is misleading. Rooms are not worthy of paying even rs 1000. Poor room service. Not even mineral water is being provided. Only tap water is being provided. Not good for families. Poor connectivity. Narrow road.

Excellent location with clean and professional rooms and bathrooms and staff, along with nicely organized bedsheets and blankets.

Near agra cantt station on the main road. Room and service are good. Food average. Water logging in the toilet should be avoided. The dining hall may be arranged in a better manner.

It z really a nice and comfortable stay. But the best thing is their room and restaurant service. I would had called more than 50 times in my 3 day stay. But every time they attended immediately and did the needful. Kind and polite staffs

The staff was very polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was also good. For room's hygiene i ll rate it 4/5 for food 3/5. Overall a nice place to stay.

First of all, it's in a gali, dusty and dirty place. Was very difficult to locate the place even with a local and google map. Room was poorly lit, very old linen bedsheets and cover looking dirty. It's very disgusting. Had to change the hotel next day.

Awesome experience with the facilities, behavior of the staff pleasant atmosphere. The service was too good. It was safe even for single ladies to stay without any tension. I recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a stay in janakpur
