Beyond Hotel

Room was ok not worth for money water issues in bathroom and AC problem no windows in room not as per expectations…

It was very pleasant experience . Room was clean . Staff was very cordial. Hygenic. Food was good . Best part is location.

First of all not recommended for family and couples, room condition was really bad water coming out from ac, room was smelly, all staff was very arrogant no one was interested in helping for anything, please it is genuine feed back and really hotel not recommended for anyone

The list was too noisy and sound from other rooms is clearly audible, it disturb your sleep. The quality of food is also bad

Room is full of cockroaches, washroom flush was broken no communication material to call reception for ordering food room ambience was not good

we checked-in and the lobby was full of staunch cigarette smell. lift was out of order and tiles packets were stacked in front of the lift and stairs. The room given to us was smelling bad. cockroaches crossed our vision both in the room and in bathroom. The manager was not on desk and the staff representing him was blunt to say that we can't give you any other room. the hotel appears big with large rooms but nothing is real in those. Overall, it was a very bad experience for us and not expected

There was not much of engagement with staff. I wanted privacy and so did the Hotel people provided.

Hassle free check-in. There was water shortage for a short period of time which they fixed within few minutes.

Room service is not good, average.

Location is convenient to reach. Rooms are clean with all basic facilities needed. Food is decent however prefer other options for dinner nearby.

Hotel is in a very nice area within easy reach of yellow line metro so good for access to Centre Delhi and to Gudgaon and Cyber City. Also close to Select City and DLF malls in Malviya Nagar. Staff friendly and helpful but rooms need more attention to cleanliness and bed linen was past its best. But for the money in that area overall it was good value for money.

Hotel is good. Hotel location is also it very prime. Room size is not sufficient what we are paying money. Breakfast quality is also not up to mark. Bath cleaning items are not available at not respection nor house keeping. Hotel we not recommend too.

Overall good experience. Only downside was the hotel couldn't provide us early check-in. Service was good, food was okay. Didn't try a lot of amenities since we were there only for a day. Good hotel if you want to stay in malviya nagar for a short period.

All over it's a good experience to stay rooms are cleaned and staff is also very supportive location is good easy reachable always want to stay here whenever I came to Delhi according to my needs this is the best Hotel
