OMG this was the most horrible experience of my life . the condition ot the bathroom was like a hell .No towel no soap no shampoo at all.

lift was not working and the room services were not that good. room was okay and the washroom was very bad, there were no toiletries and was charging extra for everything. overall the stay was okay.

The stay experience was average to say the least. 1- I booked the hotel seeing the flexible check in option plus it was denied and made to wait. Even make my trip said u will have to pay extra if hotel wants. Then why there is option given to book via flexible check in. Totally rubbish! 2- plus whatever picture shown here of the property is totally opposite of what people will be seeing when entering the room. smelly and stinky. On entering only, flush was not working. 3- Worst nightmare is, the property contact number was outdated and not reachable. Even make my trip had no idea how to deal with this.. final verdict - Don't go for the hotel. book only if you have less budget and afford this cons.

According to your commitment in booking time.after booking we not get this facility from hotel....and it's very horrible situation.

the hotel staff is very helpful and honest. the place was very nice. neat and clean room. I had a very good sleep , and when I woke up , i was served a wonderful breakfast. this was my one day trip, i would like to come to this hotel again.
