Firstly, my bus booking was mishandled, which caused me to miss my scheduled journey. Due to heavy rain, I was left stranded and had no choice but to book a room through your platform. Unfortunately, the room conditions were unacceptable. Despite booking and paying for a Super Deluxe Room, the accommodation provided was far below even basic standards. The walls were dirty, there were holes in the wall, and overall, the room was in terrible condition. Additionally, the bathroom lacked basic toiletries, which further added to the inconvenience.
This experience not only ruined my travel plans but also spoiled my birthday, making it extremely distressing and disappointing. Given the money I paid and the expectations I had from your platform, I feel let down by the lack of quality and service provided.
