No arrangements for food and even a cup of tea. It was the worst hotel in the last 20 years of my experience. First, They allotted dirty room 204. On complaint, changed room to 302 and wrote entry in register as 302. They didn't provide amenities, even basic toiletries and towel. Assured to be given in morning(26/07/2025), but in morning no was on reception and anywhere to be found. Got out early in morning, when returned in evening, our booked room was open dirty and used by other guests. They are doing work, providing booked room to other guests without proper entry and booking. We got in leading to complaint, after got a new room. Not recommended to any future guests.
