worst experience, I've booked my stay 2months ago and just one day before chek in hotel staff refused to give me my room and was forcing me to cancel from my side. terrible experience

This is a v basic guesthouse type place .. Lift not working.. No remotes in the room.. No extra pillows possible No pantry fir breakfast (even paid)... No proper door stoppers in door fittings.. List is endless...
