Poor Stay
Geyser not working No daily cleaning Bed bugs in night Hair blower not working Breakfast poor quality with toaster not working properly and butter used is of cheap quality not original butter. Spoons are not available Tea,coffee not hot and mostly they are serving water tea or water coffee.

Terrible Stay
there is no wifi in the room not interform working there regular noise in tha room after many request they agree to change tha room and force us to checkout till 12pm rather provide us 2 hours late Check-out. i face terrible experience not supportive staff

The AC was leaking and the rooms were not clean. The rooms are very different from what is shown in the pics

Refusing to issue detailInvoice
After my stay at Hotel Good Times, New Delhi from 21st to 23rd May 2025, the hotel didn't provided me the Invoice against my stay. They are saying that MMT will issue the invoice as MMT have collected the payment. Here, please note that the Invoice issued by MMT is for booking only. It doesn't reflect the day-wise break up of hotel rate. Moreover this is not a proof of my stay there. As anyone can cancel the booking and use this booking invoice for reimbursement. I need the bill showing per day rate for reimbursement from my office. So I request you to send me the Invoice against my stay mentioning day-wise rates.

the hotel location was good, very near to metro station but room service was average. also photos of room were differnet from original to MMT room, very small rooms with no ventilation. but staff was very professional, overall not bad experience but noit good also
