It was a very bad experience, especially the washroom not satisfied against hotel charges

okay and Fine Hotel and room and food is best for family and also staff behavior good and bathroom conditions good and mack my trip is best booking app

I would prefer this hotel, if I have budget constraints. Pros: Locality, easy access to Jama Masjid and nearby areas Low Budget Cons Not much hygiene and maintenance Won't prefer, I am not tight on budget Faced issues

the room was horrible unhygienic and disgusting it would have been better if I would've stayed at some local rooms or railway station rooms plus the room service was really terrible they were so rude so unprofessional and didn't care about the quality of rooms plus i asked them to give me a room of western style toilet they just ignored my request i will really never ever book again this hotel for sure it was a really very horrible experience

The room was foul smelling causing extreme trouble. Staff declined room change. There is no lift. One has to climb 3 to 4 stairs causing immense trouble to elders and children. Staff is not so friendly.

Not good room condition and service is too low bad size is not too good, bathroom is not clean well and all things is too cheap. Glasses and jug is too dirty and staff behaviour is so rude. All of this hotel is not good for stay.

Amenities don't match with what is mentioned 1. No toiletries 2. Geyser outages 3. Washrooms water logging issues 4. No toilet paper 5. No lift 6. Arrogant front office guy 7. No heater in room delhi has cold weather in dc end when i stayed. 8. No hangers 9. Very bare facilities but for the facilities they provide the price it is very costly

In this hotel there is no lift and doesn’t provide water and toilet kid room service is very good care for cleaning

Dear all, said hotel was worst experience for my life till now, this hotel was ultimate dirty condition, no amenities are here, room, bathroom and bed was too dirty as well so many cockroaches are there and on entry point so blood are splashed because chicken shop are there

Location is very good good hotel in area, budget hotel with good facility.

The room was filthy. There was a foul smell in the entire room. The room was nothing as described. I had booked the room for three nights but i left the room early. In a nutshell it was a complete disaster

Harassed me at 12 am night by not giving room. They told they have not received any booking from mmt. Even after call from mmt they gave offline room after 30min. Next day evening they gave window room which i booked. Our flight was at 5pm. So we requested 2 hours late check-out in compensation to not giving our window room. But they denied and came knocking at our door right at 12noon to vacate. Extremely poor hotel with no manner how to speak with customers.

Location near for shopping shop, restaurant, masjid, easy to get transport, so many restaurant for halal food.

Every thing was good, specially food was delicious. And staff behaviour was good, and easy to reach hotel location
