More cleaning is needed

location was appropriate food was nice, staff is friendly ...excellent service's...nice place to stay

The location is perfect just walking distance from metro station. The rooms are designed well and it was a comfortable stay the complimentary breakfast was fantastic . There are many restaurants nearby and the area is very good

It was a great experience I would say in Delhi because of our stay at AR residency just a little suggestion if it would be possible then do provide free water, shampoo ,soap and other basic amenities.

The place was good according to price,the ambience and room was fair enough to justify it's price.The location has several food stalls and restaurants .I would suggest this place without hesitation.Just go for it

I stayed at AR Residency for one night to celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, the staff was courteous, and the location was convenient. The service was smooth, and I had no major issues during my stay. However, the only downside was the toilet and bathroom, which were not as clean or well-maintained as expected. While it didn't completely ruin the experience, a little more attention to hygiene and upkeep in this area would make a significant difference. Despite this, my stay was enjoyable, and I would consider staying again if the cleanliness of the washroom improves.

Smelly furnishings, unclean and stinky rooms and washrooms, stains everywhere, no ventilation. Pictures are deceptive.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days and it was a great stay. Many hotels around. Nearby metro station. Courteous staff and tasty breakfast.

Excellent service and supporting staff surrounded by food zone and mosque nearby. Please do visit and enjoy the stay

Early in the morning the mic sounds disturbed horribly. The morning namaz prayer’s mic sounded like anything. We had to wake up at 5:00. I found it very strange and i would not recommend the stay to anyone.

The owner or the receiver was very polite and helpful, he took care of all the things, at the late hour we were checked in and given a good and maintained room.

The room was clean and spacious, but could have worked on maintaining toilet amenities. The receptionist and the room boy were very helpful. The lounge area is well maintained. Though the residency is in a gully area, the hotel management provided facilities to avoid foul smell from the gutters and mosquitoes.

Nice hotel with good facilities. Metro station is nearby. Staffs are super helpful. Overall a good experience and would recommend if staying in that area.

Stay was good, staff is very helpful. Lots of restaurants and food joints just outside the hotel and very convenient location. It's just 2-3 min walk for okhla vihar metro station.

Amenities only for showpiece tv is not working (just for a showpiece) geyser also not working (also available but as a showpiece) there staff don't understand the normal hindi language, and english is not made for him, so don't expect anything from the hotel. If you need to only sleep. You may booked

Ac was not working properly. Poor level of communication. Not at all friendly
