Review Of Rivaz Hotel and Restaurant

The rooms were not at all clean ! The beadspread and pillows were not changes lot of spots on bed . Room was shabby . Check in experience was poor . There was physical fighting going on at the property .

I liked it. We stayed at Riwaz for 4 days and it was very comfortable. Convinent for airport just 30 min away. I liked it

there is no water supply in the hotel in the entire day we complain multiple times but there is nothing happen

excellent service staffs are very much familiar and helping nature especially Ankush is very good person Food is very costly of the restaurant otherwise location, behaviour of staff, and location is good

The place has mentioned wrong location on MMT, I had to travel extra and to a completely different location cause I had already paid in advance and it was non refundable. It caused a lot of inconvenience including wastage of time.

good hotel, the people manage there are very helpful. resturant attached with tasty food. would not recommend for a couple since lot of crowd and lack of privacy.

Terrible rooms. The door is a glass room. Thin walls. Light and music plays from the restaurant outside till 2 or 3am. Dirty linen and dirty towels. No toilet paper. The room vibrates sometimes. Staff is sweet.

The second major issue we faced was the lack of heaters, especially given the low temperatures in Delhi. Despite the cold weather, no heaters were provided. Additionally, one side of the room had glass doors and walls with gaps, allowing cold air to enter the room. This made the room extremely cold, and my family and I suffered a lot during the night because of this.

At first we thought the place doesnt exist. But the hotel owner was responsive and guided us well. Its a small place with a restaurant beside. Its good for one night stay or budget travellers since its new they dint have all the facilities yet in the room like hot water etc. Hopefully they will work on it. Overall okay stay.
