Location: inside narrow street. Parking is more than worse.
familyUnprofessional staff. Parking food is over priced. No restaurants and charge unreasonable prices.

Dear sir this is to inform you that we already told you we have a small car space parking but after that you come with a fortuner car. So why do you expect that your car was parked easily.

Breakfast facility is pathetic. No option for breakfast, on time breakfast is not provided.

Dear ms khusboo we have a indian & continental breakfast and there is a option in buffet and the time is 07:00 to 10:00 am if you need after buffet hour breakfast which we provide in your room so in that reason there is option but we are sorry for that you never face the same problem in next time.
Average service
Though the room was big but there was no window to open, so i had to turn on the lights during day time. My room was also shifted without knowing the exact cause. There was no tv connection in that room.

Amenities and cleanness
Don't expect room cleaness that you will see on makemytrip photo uploaded by property's owner. Room quality is very bad. They are not provide complimentary water. When you asked about water they are provided unsealed water bottle.

Terrible Stay
Terrible. The reviews were good. But when i entered the room, it was terrible experience, the bedsheet was stained, it had a yellowish tint. The blanket was toured in many areas. The bathroom was not clean. There was no basic toiletries. The service was late.

Stay
The stay was average and the safety and service of the staff was ok but what was lacking was the cleanliness and quality of food in the hotel.
Social distancing was observed but the cleanliness was not of standard and there were used toiletries lying in the room.
