Rooms were big and clean, staff was friendly,overall a good hotel to visit if you have tight budget.

This was our very first experience with you. Unfortunately it was not a pleasant one. Quality of all the basics like - 1. Door mat - none in the room 2. ⁠table & chair - none in the room 3. ⁠mirrors - none in the room 5. ⁠holes in the door of washroom 6. ⁠bucket + mug - none in the wash room. 7. ⁠each washroom was faulty. Either there was nothing to lock it or no door handle or no bucket mug in it. 8. ⁠defective locking system of door in the room ⁠9. side table in every room broken. 10. ⁠no odonil in any toilet.

The hotel rooms are very small. In the balcony rooms, there was no storage space. The fixtures and the glass on the wall are almost falling down. The situation of the washroom is very bad. The only reason for stay here can be the location. For the facilities and the build of the place it should be half the current asking price.

While the hotel provides some comfort in rooms, basic facilities like shower equipment broken, water bucket existing but no tumbler / mug provided despite being informed.

Broken furniture, dirty rooms, itchy bed sheets, insect in the room no proper service and then they charge you extra

The experience was worse than bad, the rooms were not clean, the bathroom doors didn't have any locks, their bathrooms were very dirty, the rooms had cigarette smell in them, the beds were untidy

Location is not easy to locate. It is in a maze of narrow lanes. Staff was very polite and helping. Amenities were average. Mosquitoes were troublesome. There was no night lamp in the room.

I booked a 2 interconnected room but manager didn't provide the room. He provide me the 2 saperate room with dirty towel. Washroom was in very bad condition. The room was having only double bad with dirty badsheet and tv.

Worst experience bad rooms no mirrors no heater working bad service does not worth the 2000 at all do not book it

It doesn’t feel like a hotel. No proper hospitality. There was no towel given, neither was the telephone to contact. The blanket and wardrobe were stinking. Room was way too small. Won’t recommend to anyone.

Situated in a residential area in a narrow lane the hotel offers no parking space. It has no kitchen and room condition is also pathetic

Not at all clean room. No hot water for bath. Even it doesn't changes room's bedsheets. And even after bad review owner doesn't have any regret. It doesn't affect him

Bus staff are very rude and they are very non coperative. They are taking extra passengers more than the capacity of the bus, bus is really untidy and unhygienic.

The hotel does not provide you even with the basic amenities. The rooms are not well maintained. The toilets are so dirty to be used. They give you rooms with used bed-sheets and toilet. The toilets are very unhygienic. Would never ever go back to that hotel again.

Seee this. When i check in. Is this how hospitality of a good hotel should be ? there were no prior checks to see if the room was appropriate enough to be allotted to a guest. There was no toilet paper, the bed sheet had too many hair strands, the staff was so unhelpful. They asked us to clean the whole bedsheet by ourself. It was a pathetic experience.
