I stayed at this hotel recently and would like to share my experience. While the staff were polite and friendly, and the food quality was quite good, i did face several issues during my stay that affected my overall satisfaction. Firstly, the tv in the room had no signal, so i couldn’t use it at all. Secondly, the electric kettle provided was not working. I had already added coffee and milk powder, only to find out it wouldn’t turn on, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the mini fridge was also not functioning, which was disappointing. Another point worth mentioning is the pricing. In my opinion, the room rates are not justified considering the facilities provided. The room and amenities did not match the price point, and i felt the overall value for money was lacking. I also feel that i was overcharged for the services offered. In summary, while the staff behavior and food were good, the non-functioning appliances and price-to-value ratio were major drawbacks. I hope the hotel management addresses these issues for a better guest experience in the future.
