Rooms are not as shown in picture. Dirty environment. Not fit for family/couple stay. No provision of lift. Hotel named as Red Blu is like a substitute name whereas real name of hotel is something else. Limited breakfast option and don’t depend on free airport drop otherwise you will miss the flight. Due to last minute rush hotel has waited me for 20 minutes regarding taxi booking and finally took auto to reach airport by spending 200/- from pocket. Rooms are small in size and linens are not clean.

Sorry for inconvenience but your airport drop timing morning but you need to drop evening but don’t have time you have so how to possibly am also saying to you please wait to 5 minutes but you don’t have time ….
Poor Stay
in breakfast just have 2 option dinner which was been purchased extra in packages was given only dal n steam rice rest all were charged no welcome drink which was mention no high tea which was mention room was not as per image shown no fan I'm room

Awesome sta
From check-in to check-out, the service was exceptional. The hotel was immaculate, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home

Old type hotel need renovation
Hotel is very old type. You can feel the smell out of it. It is not that much good what was showing.

Hotel is not clean. Smell in room is very bad. Washroom flush is not working. Not expecting that type of such service provide by make my trip. Very dis-pointing

Very bad rooms not hygiene and kitchen was also not good kitchen is my near the room the smell was very bad. Not comfortable

It's near to aerocity metro station. Airport is very near. It took hardly 15 minutes to reach. Property is situated within the market area where all facilities are available.

Good experience overall
Hotel staff was very polite and they adjust the meal timing on your request. Food quality was also very good. Room was also in a good condition.

Rejuvenate
The hotel owner sumit himself, took care of our stay. We were 4 people on a business trip, rooms were clean. The staff were very helpful especially sonu at the counter. They took care of all our needs. Totaly satisfied with the hotel staff.
