Lack of Support and Poor Ventilation Affected the Stay
While the staff was able to describe the room accurately through pictures, I found the overall support to be lacking during my stay. Additionally, the room had poor ventilation, which made the experience uncomfortable. I would suggest improving staff engagement and ensuring rooms are better ventilated for guest comfort.
