We were cheated. We were given different appartment, not the one we have chosen.
We had the worst staying experience at this place. 1. The rooms are not the same same as shown in the pictures. 2. For medical purposes we choose premium property so that the patient have not to face any problem. 3. Only useless cutleries were there in the kitchen. 4. No any hygiene standards were maintained. 5, after so much of reminder they refilled the handwash. No sanitizer, bathroom freshers or room freshner were provided. 6. Crockries, sofa, tv, dish all are cheap quality. 7. Caretaker mohan is full of attitude as if he is the owner. 8. The time we checked in there ac, tv & wifi were not working. It took around 2 hours to fix those issues. 9. Cheap quality interior. 10. Bedsheets were not changed regularly. 11. At the time of check-out they charged 700 extra, coz the bedsheets were not clean. 12. Gaurav their manager was forcing us to write good reviews. There is nothing premium to pay day for this apartment. Better to stay in a 5 start hotel instead of staying in this cheap low standard apartment. *because of the hospital and patient we didn't have time to switch and argue for the refund that's why we stayed and experienced this terrible experience.
