I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I was shown several rooms, all of which had cleanliness issues. I chose one, but later found water in the bathroom. The staff said it couldn’t be fixed and moved me to another room. That room had insects on the bed, a torn duvet, and a dirty floor. When I asked for a clean duvet, they said the laundry wasn’t available yet.
During my short stay, there was even a power cut due to a short circuit in another room, which caused panic among guests. The staff were unhelpful and told us to contact the owner, who wasn’t available.
Overall, the hotel was dirty, unsafe, and poorly managed. I would strongly advise avoiding this property
