Poorly Maintained Rooms & Old AC system that does not work properly
The washroom were not clean. The bedsheets were torn. The towels were dirty. The Paint/plaster was flaking off the roof due to water seepage. They changed the room after highlighting all these. Also the AC system is old and needs to be changed which doesn't work many times.
