Pillow cover of second pillow was black , bathroom cabin was black , room not properly maintaines , i paid a hefty amount for this room , room is spacious but looks like lodge or somethin dont pay more for this category

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

Bad experiences - stinky bathroom, clanky old fan almost ready to fall, no recharge in TV, no info about wi-fi, no lift, old toilet seat, and no dedicated car parking was there one has to park in the nearby empty street if space is available. Good parking - food was okay and not highly priced, the hotel's location is near to Lotus temple, Humayun Tomb, Kalika Ji temple and AksharDham, so can be a plus point if you intend to visit them.

This hotel is terrible They don't have a blanket and don't even have good housekeeping staff as well. They didn't listen to what I told(I told him to do proper cleaning and he didn't even clean my bathroom

First time it was very bad experience Rooms booked with advance payment were refused by saying that all rooms are already booked

Dirty , AC remote not working, dirty linen , everything dirty , balcony can’t even open full of dirt
