The property was pathetic, first they were not letting us check-in because they felt the booking amount was less.

They behaved badly and kept me waiting for 1 hour just to deny the checkin at 5. 30pm although they had rooms availability. Moreover they also behaved arrogantly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The hotel management was not responsive. They didn't provide basic stuff like towels and soap even after we asked for it many times.

I booked hotel and called customer care for confirmation before reaching hotel destination. They said room available but when reached hotel, the owner demand 100% extra charges otherwise no room will be given. Got stuck in such a situation where they refunded me and i was left without room without any compensation for my loss. I'll never recommend anyone mmt.

This is worst they have taken more money from me at 12 am night

The hotel is affordable. Room is nice. It is located on a busy market street it si not on the main road so make sure u are prepared to go inside galis to make it to the hotel rest the hotel is is nice

the real location is at some distance....and the residing building name is triom hotel.... which is around 300m from the location. hygiene was average.
